We are wrapping up this short week and just about ready to head into Thanksgiving break.

Although it’s been a shorter week, it’s been fun and memorable! Ms. Swarner’s Kindergarten/1st grade class and Mrs. Neely’s 1st grade class went on a parade around campus that ended at the middle school lunchroom where they enjoyed a Friendship Feast (complete with pumpkin pie, of course!). They’ve been learning about the  first Thanksgiving with the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag tribe and how friendship, helpfulness and sharing play important roles in history.

A special pumpkin pancake brunch was served after Family Packs met for worship today. It’s always wonderful to get the entire student body together where they have the opportunity to bond, have fun and make memories.

There is much to be thankful for and our students and families are absolutely at the top of the list!!! Thank you for sharing your children with us, for your support and for being a part of the PAES family!

We wish you all a happy Thanksgiving and a joyful start to this holiday season!!!
