It’s been a week full of birthdays… CHICKEN birthdays, that is! Mrs. Ross and her 3rd grade class have been eagerly waiting for their chickens to hatch and it’s finally happening!!! 

Each 3rd grade student had his/her own egg in the classroom incubator and they’ve been watching for signs of cracks and pecks… the suspense has been incredible and the students are truly enjoying this front seat to the miracle of life.

Once they are old enough to be out and about, these adorable chicks will have their forever homes with Mrs. Rognsvoog and Ms. Waagen on their farms. Lucky chickens 🙂
