Returning families: K-8th Grade

Log into your ParentsWeb account to re-enroll your child(ren). Contact the office for instructions or assistance if you need help.

New families: pre-school- 8th Grade

To complete an admission for pre-school – 8th grade (click on the link for new student registration)

Applications are complete when all of the listed items on the cover page are received and approved by the PAES Admissions Committee.

Foreign Students
PAES is certified by the United States Federal Government to accept foreign students interested in coming to this country to attend school during the elementary and middle school years.

The first step is to apply for admission through our sister school Portland Adventist Academy. Once you have been accepted you will be receive a Form I-20. This form is a paper record of your registration information and acceptance provided to the SEVIS (Student & Exchange Visitor Information System) federal government database. You will need this form to apply for your F-1 visa.

The following documents are necessary when submitting an application to PAES:

  • Copy of previous school transcripts
  • Letter of recommendation from previous principal or school director
  • Letter indicating basic knowledge/exposure to the English language (it should be noted that PAES does not teach English as a second language)
